Riverhead Road Rescue is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Operators and Dispatchers. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the industry, we offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Positions Available:

Tow Truck Operators

• Operate tow trucks to assist stranded motorists
• Perform vehicle recovery and transportation
• Provide excellent customer service in stressful situations

Dispatchers

• Coordinate tow truck operations and assign calls to drivers
• Communicate with customers, providing updates and estimated arrival times
• Monitor and manage fleet activities to ensure efficient service
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and calmness
